摘要

In order to examine historical video or combine the cached video, traditional streaming media systems use pre caching when playing video clips for alarm video review. The user’s request to play the concatenated video of the first 7 and then 8 s at the present time is promptly fulfilled by this approach. The HLS protocol, the m3u8 video playback standard, and the slicing technique are all used to develop a streaming media approach in this article. It solves the issue of splicing historical and real-time video by implementing a low latency alarm video slicing service, splicing of video fragments, and generation of the spliced alarm video. This technique was simultaneously used with the nuclear security monitoring system’s real-time video and alarm video playback features, and the potential value and significance of this method in the field of nuclear security were explored.
