Research on Testing Method of GEM80 Program for Non-nuclear Safety Level DCS System in Daya Bay
摘要
The GEM80 program testing is an important part of the digitalization project of the non-nuclear safety level DCS system in Daya Bay. This paper takes the GEM80 program test of the non-nuclear safety level DCS system in Daya Bay as the research object. By introducing and analyzing the principle, execution process and advantages and disadvantages of manual testing, and aiming at the problems existing in the current manual test method, a single control station automation test method is proposed to compile a truth table through the causal graph analysis method. Test cases, using automated test tools to automatically retrieve test cases for dynamic enforcement, realizing all-round and in-depth automatic verification of GEM80 programs in engineering configuration. The practical application results show that compared with the manual static smear test, this method can effectively improve the test efficiency by 120%, shorten the average time consumption by 55%, reduce human error and enhance the traceability of the test results. This automated test method ensures the accuracy of GEM80 program testing and improves the feasibility and reliability of the DCS system of the nuclear power plant. At the same time, it provides a certain reference significance for the subsequent optimization of the GEM80 program test method in the future.
