Development and Application of Wind Library Suitable for Domestic PLC

摘要

With the gradual adoption of domestic programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in China’s wind power industry, the development of control programs for wind turbine generators that are compatible with these controllers has become essential. Existing control programs are typically developed using foreign-brand PLCs, and their application library code is not open source, making it impossible to directly use them on domestic PLCs. This has resulted in slow control program development, long code porting cycles, and subsequently, delays in the entire adaptation process. Therefore, there is a need to develop commonly used application libraries for domestic PLCs to meet their engineering application requirements. This paper addresses the specific requirements of domestic PLCs in wind turbine generator applications and introduces the development standards and design methods for their application library software. This application library software has already been applied to 4.0MW wind turbine generator units and has a certain degree of versatility in other industrial control systems.
