Intelligent Maintenance Management of Nuclear Power Equipment Based on Equipment Health Level

Today, under the governmental carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, we should consider developing and adopting a carbon-neutral heat supply model. As a clean energy, nuclear power has unique advantages and development potentials in reducing coal consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and easing the pressure for energy transmission etc. Safe operations of nuclear power equipment are the foundation to a stable nuclear-generated heat supply. In this paper, we use big data analysis to assist predict real-time health statics during machine operation and to perform in-depth intelligent maintenance activities for the equipment. This method realizes the practice to incorporate intelligence into nuclear power equipment’s operation and maintenance activities, to supervise the whole maintenance workflow, to improve the health level on equipment operation and to reduce personnel workload.
