A Novel Data Fusion Method for Boiler Operation in Thermal Power Plants Based on Digital Twins

In this paper, according to the requirement of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion for the boiler of digital twins power plant, we propose a consistency check method of boiler operation data and a fusion method of boiler operation data based on adaptive weighting. Firstly, consistency check and abnormal data elimination are carried out by using the distribution map method. Secondly, combined with the current data storage status of thermal power plants and the construction requirements of digital twin thermal power plant boiler data center, a boiler operation data fusion method based on adaptive weighting is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is verified by experiments based on real boiler operation data. This method ensures the validity of data and greatly reduces the data storage capacity and improves the rationality of data storage.
