Research on RMVSC Bidirectional Converter Based on Half-Bridge MMC
摘要
This paper proposes a kind of RMVSC (Reinjection Multi-level VSC) converter based on MMC half-bridge unit. A cyclic pulse mode is proposed, which can achieve capacitor voltage balance on DC side and generate specific step waves on AC and DC side of converter to achieve ideal output harmonic elimination on AC side. Then the application and control on STATCOM are introduced, and finally verified on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform.
