Design Optimization Analysis of Centralized Heat Supply System Heat Exchange Station Renovation

With the acceleration of urbanization, centralized heat supply is widely used as an efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly heat supply method. As the core facility of centralized heat supply system, the design optimization of heat exchanger station is crucial to improve the efficiency and reliability of the heat supply system. This paper will combine an old district heat transfer station project design as an example, introduce the centralized heat transfer station equipment selection and calculation methods and selection principles, the optimal arrangement of piping equipment and increase the energy-saving methods of automatic control to improve the quality of life of the residents and reduce the waste of resources and energy, improve social and economic benefits, and promote the long-term and stable development of the heat supply business.
