Study on the DC Conductivity Characteristics of h-BN Modified RIP
摘要
As one of the important equipment in the high-voltage DC transmission system, the dry type high-voltage bushing is composed of epoxy resin impregnated insulation paper composite insulation (RIP insulation) as its main insulation. This article uses cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) for surface winding modification of h-BN, obtaining CNFs@h-BN Modified insulating paper, vacuum impregnated with epoxy resin, and cured by step heating to obtain nano h-BN/RIP and CNFs@h-BN /RIP samples were studied for nano h-BN and CNFs@h-BN The effect of modification on the DC conductivity and DC breakdown characteristics of RIP. The results indicate that the DC conductivity increases with the increase of the content of nano additives, and CNFs@h-BN /The DC conductivity of RIP decreases, with 10 wt% CNFs@h-BN /RIP has the maximum DC breakdown field strength, which is 14.11% higher than unmodified RIP.
