Design of a New DCDC Converter with High Efficiency
摘要
To overcome the disadvantages of low efficiency and high voltage stress of Buck DC-DC converter. A novel Buck converter based on mean current mode is proposed. The working principle of synchronous rectifier Buck converter is analyzed, and a theoretical foundation is made for this converter. The introduction of Y capacitor and differential mode inductor reduces the influence of common mode current and noise on the output, and introduces a clamp diode to prevent excessive voltage in the circuit, thereby improving the safety of the overall circuit. The design formulas of inductance and capacitance are obtained with the constraints of inductance ripple and maximum output voltage. A 600 W power prototype was built and tested. It was verified that the converter has the characteristics of high power density and high reliability, and the efficiency of full load power supply is 95%.
