Functional Fe2B Materials Modified Separators for High Performance Lithium Sulfur Batteries
摘要
Excellent chemical and electrochemical stability is exhibited by metal borides, an abundance of active sites, and high electrical conductivity. Studies have demonstrated that using metal borides as sulfur host materials for lithium-sulfur batteries can greatly reduce the shuttle effect and improve the batteries’ electrochemical performance. This thesis argues, for lithium-sulfur batteries, we modify the separators using polar iron boride material, and take advantage of the relationship between it and the polar polysulfide and polar polysulfides to improve the shuttle effect of lithium-sulfur batteries. The experimental findings show that polar iron boride can significantly improve the cycle stability and reaction kinetics of the battery as a whole, resulting in improved electrochemical performance.
