摘要

Through the use of the immune system, cancer immunotherapy is a revolutionary approach to treatment. The article provides a thorough overview of cancer immunotherapy, its principles, and the challenges that it encounters, laying the groundwork for further exploration of lipid-based nanosystems as a potential means of enhancing immune responses. As a result of these nanosystems, the immune system can be improved, immune suppression overcomes, and immune responses boosted. Personalized treatment approaches can be designed based on the individual profiles of patients, which allow precise, targeted delivery, combination therapies, sustained immune activation, and sustained immune activation. However, scaling, regulatory approval, and long-term safety assessments must be addressed in order to realize their clinical impact, despite their vast potential. Using lipid-based nanosystems in cancer immunotherapy will provide hope and transform the way cancer is treated in the future. In order to unlock their full potential and bridge the gap between scientific discovery and patient care, further research and collaboration are necessary.
