Comparative Analysis of Multipath Transport Layer Protocols
摘要
In the last few years, there has been a growing interest among researchers in multipath communication, driven by its notable features such as bandwidth aggregation, fault tolerance, reliability, and load balancing capabilities. The proliferation of devices integrating various data transmission technologies has significantly contributed to the popularity of multipath communication technologies. This paper explores the progress in transport layer end-to-end multipath communications, offering a detailed analysis of challenges such as buffer blocking, scheduling, and retransmission issues based on previous research approaches. The objective of these investigations is to enhance both bandwidth utilization and network reliability in multipath communication scenarios.
