Whale Optimization of Hybrid Renewable Energy Enhancing Techno-economic Feasibility
摘要
This paper proposed a stand-alone hybrid renewable energy system consisting of solar, wind, battery and diesel generator as backup energy security in the failure of renewable resources applicable to Patiala, Punjab. The paper approaches a meta-heuristic algorithm called whale optimization algorithm to get the optimum solution with proper sizing and economic feasibility better than compared to Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER PRO) software and the efficient management strategy of battery carried out.
