PID and ANFIS Control Design for Quarter-Car Passive Suspension System
摘要
The study presents proportional-integral-derivative (PID) and adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) techniques for vibration suppression of quarter-car passive suspension. Mathematical analysis of the proposed system has been done and validated using auto-tuned PID controller. The ANFIS controller was designed using outputs of PID controller. ANFIS controller was designed using four different shapes of membership functions, namely triangular, trapezoidal, gbell and Gauss. Further, only two membership functions have been considered for defining fuzzy memberships to solve the problem of rule explosion. The performance has been monitored in terms of settling time and maximum percentage overshoot responses. Outcomes specify better performance of ANFIS controller designed using trapezoidal shape memberships.
