Design of Staff Comprehensive Ability Dynamic Evaluation Software

In order to rapidly improve the working ability of the staff and promote the win-win situation between the staff and the company, we analyzed and constructed the minimized metadata set of element management and designed the basic database of the elements of the comprehensive ability of the staff by taking into account the characteristics of the elements that characterize the comprehensive ability of the staff of the company. Combined with the environment of employee comprehensive ability dynamic evaluation software application, the dynamic evaluation model of employee comprehensive ability is designed to ensure the fairness and reasonableness of the evaluation results; the import template of index data based on spreadsheets and the rapid solving algorithm of dynamic evaluation are designed to improve the efficiency of data entry and evaluation and to ensure the stability of the software; and the software design idea of C/S architecture is adopted to realize the efficient management of information of the elements of comprehensive ability of the employees. Practice has shown that the software can well assist and promote the implementation of the company’s ability to match the post and the win-win policy for both the company and the staff.
