摘要

To enhance the construction equipment efficiency for tower and pole foundations within challenging mountainous terrains, there is a growing need to actualize the demands of machine automation technology. This paper presents the design of the WZF400/10-A bionic mountain micro-pile drill, which comprises nine fundamental modules, meticulously crafted through a modular design approach. Additionally, an auxiliary installation tool has been ingeniously engineered, allowing for swift and seamless coupling during deployment to create a fully integrated and finely-tuned drilling apparatus. The implementation of a bionic walking chassis has enabled the attainment of a leg structure capable of vertical, horizontal, and vertical adjustment. This innovation confers upon the equipment a notable capacity for climbing, lateral traversal, and obstacle negotiation. Such capabilities are essential to fulfill the demands of construction operations conducted on uneven and confined terrains. Through a thorough analysis and simulation of real-world conditions, it is evident that the devised mechanism aligns with prevailing safety standards and is entirely practicable for the fulfillment of mechanized construction necessities within the formidable mountainous milieu and challenging working conditions.
