Research on the Design Process of Full 3D Digital Prototype Ship
摘要
The problems of imprecise design, difficult data sharing, and low efficiency of multi-discipline collaboration in traditional 2D design could be effectively solved by using the full 3D digital prototype ship as a “single data source” to carry out overall and system design, which has changed the traditional ship design mode based on engineering drawings and supplemented by 3D solid models At present, the research on the full 3D digital prototype ship mainly focuses on the structure, pipeline, electrical, outfitting and other professional library construction and modeling methods, and the overall design process of the full 3D digital prototype ship is rarely studied. In this paper, the construction activities of the full 3D digital prototype ship from different dimensions such as work content and deliverables is sort and decomposed, a full 3D digital prototype ship design process composed of overall planning, professional integrity design, comprehensive balance of the whole ship and complete output of model information is proposed.
