The Simulation Research on the Jet Field of Two-Stage Atomization Correlation Based on Nozzles

摘要

In view of the internal correlation between the two-stage atomization of the nozzle, the cross-rotating core nozzle was taken as the research object, and the droplet distribution characteristics of the cross-rotating nozzle were studied by experiment and simulation calculations. Firstly, the two-dimensional structure of cross core nozzle was introduced. Then, using Fluent software, based on the Realizable k-ε turbulence model and the Pressure-swirl-atomizer atomization model, the internal and external flow fields of the nozzle with a spiral inclination of 30°, a cavity diameter of 6mm, and a pressure of 4 MPa ~ 6 MPa were simulated and analyzed. And the influence of the spiral inclination angle on the atomization effect was studied. The research results show that selecting the maximum value of the outlet flow velocity of the inner watershed as the calculation of the inlet condition of the outer watershed is more in line with the actual situation. As the helix angle increases, the proportion of droplets with a particle size of 0 μm ~ 20 μm is larger, and the proportion of droplets with a particle size of 60 μm–80 μm is smaller, which provides a reference for the selection of spinner nozzles.
