The Actual Example Analysis of Hydraulic System Balance Circuits

In industrial sites, many working devices need to be operated with heavy loads. When heavy objects fall, due to the acceleration of the gravity of the weight itself, it not only threatens the safety of personnel, but also endangers the safety of machinery and equipment. In order to prevent risks, the hydraulic system of the working device needs to be set up a special balance circuit to provide security for construction operations. A hydraulic balance circuit can be formed by connecting a component that can generate back pressure on the back oil circuit of the vertical hydraulic cylinder. This paper analyzes the application of balance loop composed of hydraulic control check valve in production. In the balance circuit composed of balance valve, the balance circuit composed of one-way sequence valve, CE type balance valve, superimposed type balance valve, FD type balance valve and LBC type balance valve is analyzed. The working principle and characteristics of different hydraulic balance circuits are explained. It is pointed out that in practical application, different types of hydraulic balance circuits should be selected according to different engineering techniques.
