摘要

The coupling of solid oxide electrolytic cell (SOEC) with new energy generation can effectively solve the problem of unstable new energy generation, and its environmentally friendly and efficient characteristics have broad application prospects and significant research significance. However, there are still many challenges to its practicality and commercialization, among which the delamination of oxygen electrodes caused by oxygen pressure is a problem that needs to be solved. Based on this, this paper proposes a model of SOEC stack on the Matlab/Simulink platform. On this basis, an oxygen pressure model for SOEC is established by studying the mechanism of oxygen pressure. In terms of static state, sensitivity analysis is conducted on two operating parameters: sweep gas flow ratio and water vapor utilization rate. The sensitivity analysis is compared with the thermal safety operating range under various operating conditions, and an operating area that meets both thermal safety and oxygen pressure safety is obtained.
