摘要

The paper considers issues related to the calculation of the characteristics of antennas with substrates of chiral metamaterials. A singular integral equation with a Cauchy singularity with respect to an unknown distribution function of the surface current density over the radiator is given. The solution of this equation by the methods of moments and collocations is shown. The results of calculating the current function and the input impedance of such an antenna are presented, obtained on the basis of the methods of moments, collocations and the method of partial operator reversal. It is shown that the method of moments, in terms of calculation time when achieving a given accuracy, is certainly inferior to the method of partial operator reversal. However, in the case of solving more complex problems (systems of singular integral equations), this method may be very in demand, allowing for a relatively small mathematical complexity to obtain a reliable result.
