Research on Elevator Absolute Positioning System Based on Visible Light Communication

This article is based on LED visible light communication technology and artificial neural network technology to build a bidirectional communication elevator absolute positioning system, solving the three major problems in the current system, and technically eliminating the injury incidents. Visible light has low directional requirements and unlimited transmission power, making it suitable for elevator absolute positioning systems. The elevator absolute positioning system integrates all these technologies to solve problems such as accidents caused by inaccurate elevator parking. This research focuses on the system functions from the perspectives of high-capacity transmission and anti-inference. It studies key technologies such as MIMO and optical camera communication, and designs and builds an elevator absolute positioning system. The system mainly solves the communication problem between the control center and the elevator, allowing the elevator to report location and other information as requested. On this basis, the system further applies OFDM MIMO and Auto Associative neural network technologies to broaden channel capacity and improve anti-interference.
