Research on Launch Vehicle Test and Virtual Launch System Based on Model

As a complex system engineering, the design of test and launch system is related to many specialties. A virtual system can be established by analyzing the architecture of test and launch system, the relationship between its various parts, and the requirements for launch program and training. A set of intuitive and common simulation models can be designed based on the technology of virtual test middleware, modular modeling encapsulation and distributed integration. The test and virtual launch system includes test application system, real time simulation system, auxiliary analysis tools, model integration environment and data management system. Compared with physical system, the simulation system is more comprehensive. The major factors affecting the launch and flight process are simulated. The functionality simulation and performance evaluation for the physical system are realized. Costs, deadlines and performance in both development and experiment can be optimized.
