摘要

Nowadays, effective management of cobalt production process on the basis of automated control systems is a very actual and important task, which allows to increase the efficiency of metallurgical industry of Kazakhstan. The aim of the research is to develop models and control algorithm for creation of distributed automated control system of cobalt production process. The study creates a functional scheme of the sold-out automated control system for the technological process of cobalt production. The proposed approach to the creation of an automated system is based on mathematical models of the controlled process. Based on the structural scheme of the cobalt production process, mathematical models of the process are developed, describing the dependence of output parameters of cobalt concentration separation reactors on their input parameters taking into account control actions. The task of controlling the cobalt production process is set as a multi-component optimisation problem, which is effectively solved on the basis of a distributed control system. The block diagram of the developed algorithm of effective control of cobalt production process is constructed, based on the method of situational control. Such an algorithm allows to accumulate ready-made more effective solutions for arising at management of cobalt production process for different situations and to reduce necessity of development of new solutions.
