Development of Distribution Network Live Working Robot Based on Remote Operation Technology

The structure size of the whole machine, the modular design method and the integration method of the system are studied by the distribution network robot based on remote operation technology. The distributed intelligent tool has a built-in actuator, and the structure design is segmented. The mechanical snap connection between the original robot arm and the tool module is changed to a pneumatic self-locking connection. The working cooperative arm and outdoor special cooperative arm are used to cooperate with the operation, expand the load capacity and working range, and study the kinematics and dynamics of the robot arm. The mechanical components of the robot are mostly made of aluminum alloy material, and the operation platform is made of carbon fiber material, which can reduce the overall weight while ensuring strength. The robot arm is designed for electromagnetic protection to protect the robot from working in a strong electromagnetic environment.
