The Fault Research and Improvement of Acousto-Optic Alarm System for Coal Mine

摘要

Firstly, the acousto-optic alarm principle of common coal mine machinery and equipment is analyzed. There are two main types, one is mainly hydraulic control, and whether to call the police is judged by the change of the output signal of the pressure sensor; The other is mainly controlled by electric switch, and whether to alarm or not can be judged by opening and closing the electric switch. Secondly, by comparing and analyzing the principles of each component of the two methods, the fault causes and solutions of the two common alarm methods are analyzed one by one, so as to find out the disadvantages of the alarm methods of underground equipment in coal mines. Finally, an optimization and improvement method is put forward, which adopts the component combining pressure signal and switch signal to improve the safety of underground equipment and the efficiency of fault handling in coal mine.
