Research and Application of a Self-Locking Tower Climbing and Anti Fall Device

摘要

This article designs a self-locking tower anti fall device that can be quickly arranged. Without the need for pre installation of personnel and without changing the climbing habits of operators, the device is equipped with a tower protection fixing device and a security rope by a drone to fly to the top of the transmission line tower. Using a gravity self-locking mechanical mechanism specifically designed for the tower, with the assistance of real-time video transmission, the fixed device can be quickly installed and removed at the top of the tower; one end of the security rope is fixed to the tower protection fixing device, and the other end is fixed to the bottom of the tower. After the tower climbers are connected to the security rope through the anti fall device, a complete protection measure is formed, effectively ensuring the safety of the tower climbers.
