Structural Design of Modular Hydraulic Cluster Down-The-Hole Hammer
摘要
This study details the design and implementation of a new modular hydraulic cluster down-the-hole hammer. The core features of this down-the-hole hammer are its modular design and hydraulic drive, both of which give it unique advantages in engineering construction. The modular design allows the equipment to be disassembled to meet the needs of 2-ton ropeway transportation, greatly improving the adaptability and transportation efficiency in complex environments such as mountainous areas. The down-the-hole hammer uses hydraulic drive instead of traditional compressed gas drive, which improves the energy efficiency of the equipment. The advantage of hydraulic drive is its high energy conversion efficiency, which can effectively reduce construction costs. At the same time, due to the stable performance of hydraulically driven machinery, equipment failures can be reduced and work efficiency improved. It is expected that this new type of down-the-hole hammer will have broad application prospects in the construction of hole pile foundations in power engineering and has huge market potential and application value.
