CT for TAVR Guidance
摘要
Cardiac CT is an important tool for pre-procedural planning and assessment of post-procedural complications in the setting of surgical and catheter-based cardiac valve repair and replacement. Dedicated software is commonly used to derive quantitative metrics for selecting the optimal device type and size for catheter-based techniques. High image quality is critical for accurate measurement. Use of cardiac CT will likely continue to expand as the field of transcatheter-based structural heart disease therapies grows.
