Noncoronary Cardiac CT Assessment
摘要
Cardiac CT has evolved into a valuable modality for assessing cardiac valves and pericardium with a critical role for guiding valve replacement or repair. In certain scenarios, cardiac CT yields better image quality than echocardiography for delineating disease. This chapter will review imaging techniques for the assessment valves and pericardium, normal valvular and pericardial anatomy, valvular and pericardial pathology, and prosthetic valvular heart disease.
