Assessment for coronary artery disease by CCTA commonly includes estimation of coronary artery stenosis. This chapter describes systematic methods of how to visually estimate as well as to quantify diameter stenosis degree. Furthermore, the utility of area and area stenosis assessment is discussed as well as methods of detecting chronic total occlusions.
