This chapter reviews normal coronary and non-coronary cardiac structures that are of relevance in the interpretation of cardiac CT images, including typical coronary anatomy (origin, course, and branches), cardiac chambers, valves and subvalvular apparatus, pericardium, cardiac veins, and great vessels.
