Investigated the Effect of Laser Cutting Parameters on Ti6al4v Cut Quality Using the RSM
摘要
Laser cutting is the technique of melting a material with the goal to slice it by guiding the movement of a laser beam across the area, resulting in a constant cut. The thermal-based technology can be used to precisely and accurately cut a variety of metal plates. This method can produce superior cuts with a restricted kerf width and a small heat-affected zone. The suggested investigation provides a review of an effective experimental technique and studies associated with laser cutting employing titanium (Ti-6Al-4 V) while monitoring the excellent properties of the cut. RSM is in charge of carrying out the procedure. This study primarily focuses on preventing the creation of burrs while cutting metals via 5 mm sheets and the appropriate process parameters in order to achieve the best results and save time.
