Public health risk refers to the likelihood and consequences of events that may adversely affect public health. With the acceleration of urbanization, increasing frequency of human mobility, frequent occurrences of natural disasters and epidemics, and the emergence of new pathogens, public health and population health are facing increasingly serious threats. Public health risks, especially on acute public health emergencies, have become a new challenge worldwide.
