Nutritional Interventions in Clinical Practice Guidelines for Stroke

This chapter explores on the nutritional interventions in the Clinical Practice Guidelines in stroke patients, with focus on the post stroke period. It examines the available interventions that has been well practiced worldwide and described further the components and importance of the interventions for recovery in stroke patients. The importance of the interventions themselves cannot be obscured by the importance of education and counselling on the interventions. Following through the chapter, readers will be exposed on the possible barriers and facilitators for the implementations of the nutritional interventions for the betterment of the post stroke patients care.
