摘要

In this paper, we covered the alarming algorithm that will trigger during the reverse movement of the car on an inclined slope. This algorithm indicates the following car driver through the buzzer and flashing light. This algorithm can be integrated into both hill hold assist systems available and non-available cars with the following approach: In the Hill Hold Assist System, cars un-hold the brakes after a few seconds. In this given period, if drivers do not apply the accelerator, the vehicle may go in the reverse direction, and collide with the follower car. In this scenario, the alarming algorithm will trigger immediately after the system un-holds breaks and provide indications to the follower cars to maintain a safe distance to avoid collisions. In nob-hill hold assist system cars, this algorithm will immediately be activated after satisfying the defined condition (gear position ⇒ 1 and the reverse rotation of the wheels).
