Application of Simulation Modeling Technology to the Analysis of Production Facilities Efficiency

摘要

The analysis of production facilities efficiency at the design stage is carried out on the example of design solutions of complex technical systems of the agro-industrial complex using simulation technology. A simulation model of the elevator complex, which makes it possible to predict its functioning in conditions of geographical reference to the area of its location, has been developed. The elevator is designed for receiving, cleaning, drying, storing, and shipping of corn and wheat. To develop a simulation model, information about the technological processes of grain harvesting at the elevator complex was used. The model was created in the AnyLogic software environment. Using the constructed model, a series of computational experiments was performed during which the following results were obtained: the maximum productivity of the complex was 4638 tons per day. The advantage of the proposed approach to forecasting the modes of operation of the developed elevator complex is relative simplicity and low cost of implementation. Building a simulation model entails saving customer’s time and labor costs for determining the accuracy of the performed work.
