The Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) network enables electric vehicles to communicate with the power grid and exchange electricity. However, this communication channel is vulnerable to Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks, where an attacker can intercept and modify data transmitted between the vehicle and the grid. To mitigate these attacks, this paper proposes an approach that uses encryption mechanisms and the MiniV2G emulator to improve the security of the V2G network. The proposed approach uses secure encryption algorithms to ensure the authenticity of the communication. The MiniV2G emulator is used to simulate the attack scenario and test the security measures. The results show that the proposed approach can effectively mitigate MITM attacks in the V2G network. In the proposed system integration of MiniV2G with wireshark tool for V2G protocol analysis is performed. The analysis of these attack events can help to identify vulnerabilities and improve the security measures to prevent future attacks. The proposed approach can be used to detect and prevent MITM attacks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the communication between the vehicle and the grid.

摘要
