In this article, the fractionalised kinetic equation (KE) has been expressed in terms of incomplete \(\aleph \) -function, I-function, Fox H-function, and Meijer’s G-function, weighing the significance of the fractional KE that appears in a variety of scientific and engineering scenarios. Solutions are obtained in a compact form containing incomplete special functions using \(\tau \) -Laplace transform. Each of the conclusions obtained is general and capable of generating solutions to several fractional KE.
