Fuzzy Laplace Transform Model to Study the Effect of Buffer and ER Fluxes on Cytosolic Calcium Distribution in Neuron Cell
摘要
Mathematical neuroscience focuses on studying calcium distribution in nerve cells and how it affects the nervous system. Free calcium ions play an important role among the different ions in the brain. In this study, we have used a fuzzy environment to analyze such situations while taking into account the uncertainty of various factors. The effect of ER fluxes and buffers on free calcium ions has been investigated using a mathematical model. Here, we have solved boundary values under generalized Hukuhara differentiability using the fuzzy laplace transform. The given results are based on the theory that plaques and tangles of neurofibrillary fibers are the two causes of Alzheimer’s disease. MATLAB is being used to perform the simulation.
