Population growth is causing a severe deterioration in the state of cleanliness and waste management. The disarray of trash in public spaces leads to unsanitary conditions in the immediate vicinity. The neighbouring population may get many deadly diseases as a result of it. It also lowers the area’s valuation. In this project, “a compliant management system using web technologies” is suggested as a way to prevent this and improve cleaning. Under the suggested system, the administrator generates a garbage bin ID and gives it to the driver so that he or she may pick up the trash and provide a way for individuals to file complaints about the waste that is lying about. Anybody may easily utilize this system because it is so user-friendly. Systems for managing complaints that are error-free, secure, dependable, and rapid can be achieved with web-based solutions. It assists the user in shifting their attention from maintaining records to other duties. As a result, it will help the organization utilize its resources more effectively. The organization can retain computerized records without having to enter duplicate data. This suggests that one need not get distracted by unrelated information in order to obtain the knowledge. The objective is to suit the needs of the organization and enable the long-term storage of their irreplaceable data and information with easy access and modification by automating their current manual process with computerized hardware and sophisticated software.
