Supply chain disruptions can significantly impact the efficiency and productivity of process industries. This study presents a simulation-based approach to analyze the supply chain of a jackfruit industry. Using Arena software, a simulation model of the supply chain was created and analyzed with disruptions caused by power supply and production bottlenecks. The findings from this study offer crucial recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and supply chain resilience of the jackfruit industry. This study can help process industries deal with supply chain problems before they happen and become more competitive in a market that is always changing.
