An Underwater Wireless Optical Communication System with Fuzzy Multi-decision Evaluation

The research on the advanced technology to explore the oceans becomes one of the important issues concerned. Underwater wireless optical communication technology stands out because of its large bandwidth, high transmission rate, low latency and power consumption, small size, and other unique features. This paper puts forward the theory of mobile digital technology and fuzzy multi-decision evaluation technology by combining multi-dimensional comprehensive judgment technology. The results indicate that this technology can be beneficial for us to accurately detect underwater and obtain the system with high spatial and temporal resolution. The score of the overall evaluation standard is 647, which is a good level, and it shows that the underwater wireless communication protocol is evaluated as having better detection accuracy with certain advantages. By contrast scores of the four factors’ evaluation, it can be seen that platform precision level is the largest effect that impacts the accuracy of detection of underwater wireless communication protocol.
