Quantum Homomorphic Encryption

In the era of cloud computingQuantum Homomorphic Encryption (QHE), homomorphic encryption, as a crucial technology for safeguarding data privacy, has garnered widespread attention. With the rapid advancement of quantum computation, an important open question arises: whether quantum computation can be delegated and verified in a non-interactive manner. In this chapter, we first affirmatively answer this question by means of constructing quantum homomorphic encryptionQuantum Homomorphic Encryption (QHE) schemes with quantum obfuscationQuantum obfuscation. These schemes can exploit the interchangeabilityInterchangeability of unitary operatorsUnitary operator and achieve homomorphic encryption by exchanging the evaluation operator and the encryption operator through equivalent multiplication. Furthermore, two efficient non-interactive quantum homomorphicQuantum Homomorphic Encryption (QHE) encryptionNon-interactive quantum homomorphic encryption schemes are introduced for general circuits.
