Dynamic Simulation Analysis and Application of Deployable Hood Deployment
摘要
The effect of deployable hood deployment on the attitude of the whole star is studied, and the deployment strategy is optimised. The theoretical modelling of the unfolding of a single unfolding plate was carried out, and the analytical solution of the rotation angle and time relationship was obtained; the dynamics simulation of the single unfolding plate was carried out in conjunction with the engineering practice of a space remote sensing camera, and a simulation model and parameter settings closer to the actual situation were established. The single unfolding plate unfolding test mechanism was constructed to carry out the unfolding test, and parameters such as driving moment and resisting moment were measured, and parameter corrections were made to the theoretical model and the simulation model. The corrected results show that the difference between the theoretical calculation, simulation and test results is within 5%. The corrected simulation model can be applied to the unfolding dynamics analysis of the deployable hood, which provides a reference basis for the selection of the unfolding mode and the precise attitude control.
