The new idea of personalized medicine, which adjusts medical interventions to a patient's unique necessities, has been demonstrated for enhancing patient outcomes. However, issues with patient privacy, interoperability, and data security arise when personalized medicine is put into practice. The interpretation of blockchain technology is examined in this research as a new resource of determining these issues and accelerating the interest of personalized medicine. This research reports how blockchain technology might improve the transparency and traceability of medication and treatment plans of context in personalized medicine. A blockchain is used by stakeholders in the area of pharmaceutical lifecycle, from research and development to patient outcomes, ensuring the acceptability and effectiveness of customized care. Patient adherence, educated treatment decisions, and enhanced drug development procedures can all result from this article.
