This research reports how blockchain technology might improve the transparency and traceability of medication and treatment plans of context in personalized medicine. A blockchain is used by stakeholders in the area of pharmaceutical lifecycle, from research and development to patient outcomes, ensuring the acceptability and effectiveness of customized care. Patient adherence, educated treatment decisions, and enhanced drug development procedures can all result from this article.
