Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has revolutionized our understanding of cellular heterogeneity and dynamics, offering unprecedented insights into complex biological processes and disease studies. Leveraging machine learning-based approaches in scRNA-seq analysis holds immense potential to address key challenges such as data sparsity, batch effects, and cell type annotation, thereby unlocking deeper biological insights.
