An Analysis of Hotspot Policing Pattern to Effectively Address the Crime and Disorder

Since ages police is serving to protect life and property of the citizens of the jurisdiction. Police since ages policing is using Hot Spots Policing technique to achieve the purpose. Then in twentieth-century organisations, researchers and scholars together started performing and documenting the action. Thus evolved the Hot Spot Policing. Here, we tried to study, analyse, and evaluate Hot Spot interventions of different police organisations of different geographical locations, different researchers and scholars on different types of incidents, and different types of crime. Conclusion of all studies reflects the effectiveness of Hot Spots’ Policing interventions in crime reduction.
