Intrusion Detection and Prevention in Wireless Network: A Survey of the State-Of-The-Art

There’s giant quantity of confidential, government, commercial, and different essential information on networking infrastructure globally. In ensuring the protection of these data against a myriad of attacks and threats, a widely recognized network security component comes into play, recognized as the intrusion detections and prevention system (IDPS). The main goal this survey paper is to study the different learning techniques to find out the research gap of IDPS. This survey includes the different existing research work with their systems and different types of datasets. The research gap and outcomes of existing systems are based on different parameters like accuracy, computational cost, system performance, etc.
