Intention to Adopt AI-Enabled Manpower Planning for Patient Satisfaction: An Empirical Study on Future Based Technology
摘要
Background There are a multitude of health-care centers which is available in rural West Bengal and to forecast and strategize their manpower requirement, state-of-the-art technologies might be employed to help with this task. In this regard, AI-enabled Manpower Planning can be used for talent acquisition in these health-care centers which in itself is a very big challenge today. Purpose The objective of this paper is to identify the factors about the adoption behavior of AI-enabled manpower planning in the health-care centers of rural West Bengal. Research Methodology Both primary as well as secondary data were used in this study. The study was limited to the state of West Bengal, particularly the rural parts. In this study, SEM, CFA, and EFA were done with AMOS-24, and a moderation analysis was done with the help of Process Macro. Research Findings A hypothesized model about the “Adoption behavior of AI-enabled manpower planning” was developed. The Behavioral Reasoning Theory and the Augmented Technology Acceptance Model were considered for the development of this model. Various factors were identified and their outcomes on patient satisfaction were also discussed. Practical Implications With the help of this model, it will be helpful for the rural health-care centers to forecast the manpower required in future and accordingly they can act upon it and recruit the right people for the job at the right time and the right place.
